The Vedic Standard

Honoring the Slow Golden Churn

We return to the ancient origins of pure fat. Our single-source Bilona ghee is cultured from the whole milk of free-grazing heritage cows, then slow-cooked over open wood fires.

Our Philosophy

Time is our primary ingredient.

In a world of industrial speed, we choose the deliberate pace of the Vedas. We do not rush the fire, nor do we compromise on the purity of our heritage milk.

Whole Milk Culturing

Wooden Bilona Churning

Slow Wood-Fire Melting

We boil fresh milk from free-grazing heritage cows and naturally culture it into whole curd overnight.

The curd is slowly churned using traditional bi-directional wooden paddles to separate the golden butter.

We clarify the hand-gathered butter over a gentle open flame, developing its signature granular texture.

The Pasture

Sourced from Heritage Herds

Our cows graze freely on native grasses in sun-drenched pastures. We treat our herds with deep reverence, ensuring their stress-free life translates directly into the rich, complex aroma of our finished ghee.

Every jar represents a direct connection to traditional Indian agriculture, supporting small-scale farmers who maintain ancient husbandry practices.

Experience True Purity

Bring the rich aroma and granular texture of authentic Bilona ghee to your kitchen.
